The staff, including Rita, Livia, and John, were extremely helpful and attentive. Rita's dedication to addressing concerns was commendable and made a real difference. The bed in the Deluxe Twin Room was incredibly soft, providing a comfortable night's sleep. The city view from the room was lovely, enhancing the overall stay.

Unfortunately, the breakfast selection remained unchanged from last year, lacking variety.
